Etihad aimed to seamlessly merge luxury with digital innovation, but faced key challenges: an inconsistent user experience, a slow and outdated booking process, lack of AI-driven personalization, and payment friction due to missing mobile-first solutions like Apple Pay. To elevate the travel experience, a strategic digital transformation was essential.
