BrandLAB-managed AI
BrandLAB-managed chat uses configured OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini models. Image features use OpenAI services. Requests are sent from BrandLAB's server to the relevant API. Your prompts, conversation context, and information required by the feature may be processed by that provider. The model picker shows the managed chat models enabled for this environment; other listed providers are references, not promises of available integrations.
Provider references, not connections
BrandLAB funds the configured managed providers' API usage. Customer API-key connections are disabled. These provider links explain their API terms and documentation, not a requirement to buy a separate provider account:

One BrandLAB bill
You pay BrandLAB for access, included requests and purchased credits. BrandLAB pays its provider API charges; you do not need a provider account, consumer subscription or personal API key. Previously stored customer keys no longer route requests and can be removed from the Models page. Never paste a key into chat, email, or support.
Provider processing and charges
BrandLAB's configured provider receives the information needed to fulfill your request and handles it under the terms and data settings for that API product. A provider's API rules are not necessarily the same as its consumer chatbot rules. BrandLAB funds API usage and applies its own allowances and credit rates to your requests. Managed chat supports the configured providers shown in the model picker; supported image generation uses OpenAI.
Not a consumer subscription
Buying BrandLAB access does not connect or pay for a provider consumer subscription, grant equivalent provider features, or grant personal provider API credits. BrandLAB covers the API costs of managed BrandLAB requests. Review current BrandLAB prices and each provider's terms before making a request. Importing your exported ChatGPT text does not transfer subscriptions, GPTs, tools or attachment files; only reviewed visible text from the active branch is saved locally.
